Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BiMinder ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
BiMinder helps users plan birthday surprises by tracking friends' birthdays, automatically creating temporary Telegram groups for coordination, and managing event lifecycles with automatic cleanup.
User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You must provide accurate information and maintain account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Acceptable Use
You may not use the App for any illegal purpose, to harass others, create fake events, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Premium Subscription

Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime through your store account.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee Telegram integration will always work or that notifications will be delivered at exact times.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIMINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
